If I place my order online will I receive any type of order confirmation?

Yes you will receive an immediate order confirmation via email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will be received within 5-8 business days from your order date.

Do you charge for shipping?

We do not change for shipping on orders over $100. We charge $9.85 for standard ground shipping on orders totaling less than $100.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us so that we can make every attempt to achieve your satisfaction. If we cannot we will promptly provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions to return your order for a refund.

Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of Texas. However because we are in Texas we must charge 8 1/4% sales tax on orders shipped to Texas.

Will you give out my personal information to other companies and/or advertisers?

Absolutely not. All information you provide us will be kept confidential and be used solely by us and will never be shared with other companies.

Can I check my order status online? Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes you can check your order status online by clicking the order status link. In addition you will be notified via email the day your order ships and we will provide you with the FedEx tracking numbers.

Are your online transactions secure?

Absolutely. Our online server software (SSL) is the industry standard. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. However if you prefer not to submit your information over the Internet, just contact us to place your order via phone, fax, or mail.

Can you send me a catalog or brochure?

In order to keep our costs down and our prices low we do not publish a printed catalog or brochure. You can find everything we offer on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us ASAP. Due to the speed at which orders are processed and shipped most orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 business day.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. You can also pay with a check or money order.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or International?

At this time we are unable to ship orders outside the 48 U.S. contiguous states.
