Shipping Policies
Standard Shipping
We ship to customers within the lower 48 states via UPS or FedEx Ground. There is no change for shipping on orders over $100. We charge $9.85 for standard ground shipping on orders totaling less than $100. Orders shipped FedEx or UPS Ground typically require 5-8 business days to receive, depending on your delivery location.
Expedited Shipping
You may have your order shipped via 1 or 2 day air freight for an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.
Shipping Notification
When your order ships you will receive an email that includes tracking information.
Orders Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us for a shipping quote. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Mexico, or anywhere outside the United States.
Order Status
You can check the status of your order online anytime here or if you prefer you can contact us.
Product Backorders
If an item is out of stock or backordered you will be notified ASAP via email and/or phone. You may then choose to keep, change, or cancel your order.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon receiving it. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact us ASAP so that we can file a damage claim with the carrier and ship a replacement.

Return Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your item is defective please contact us within 30 days of receipt for an immediate replacement. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise
has not been installed, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund.
Return Authorization
Returns should be accompanied with a valid RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. For an RGA please contact us. Once an RGA number is received write this number on the outside of all packages returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
We warrant that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, given normal use and provided that the products were installed properly in the area in which they were intended, and recommendations were followed with regard to limitations and specifications. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, including but not limited to exposure to salty air, humidity, discoloration due to sunlight or the passage of time is not covered by this warranty. Our obligation in the event of a defect covered under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the fixtures or components, at our option. We are not responsible for transportation or labor costs involved with returning and reinstallation of the products. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall we be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damage or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
